Order Processing Times

Orders normally ship within 1–3 business days. Many top-selling items are stocked in our warehouse and may ship by the next business day when available.

Some lower-volume specialty products may be ordered from manufacturers to help ensure product freshness. These items are generally received within 1 to 2 days, but in some cases may take up to 7 days before shipment. Customers will be notified by email of any delays longer than 7 days.

Shipping Time

Most orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee the exact arrival date of any order. Any shipping or transit time shown during checkout or provided by a carrier should be considered an estimate. We encourage customers to order in a timely manner to avoid delays caused by shipping transit times or product availability.

Perishable Items Shipped on Ice

If your order contains perishable items that must be shipped on ice, special shipping rules apply.

UPS and FedEx 2 Day Air orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday only and must be shipped to a physical address. A P.O. Box address cannot be used for these shipments.

Overnight Air orders are shipped Monday through Thursday only. If an order is placed after noon on one of these shipping days, it will be shipped on the first possible day that allows safe and timely delivery of the perishable items.

Shipping Rates

We offer reasonable shipping rates through available services such as USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, UPS, and FedEx.

The shipping options shown at checkout depend on the total weight of the items in the order. Customers may choose from the available shipping options shown in the checkout drop-down menu.

If USPS First Class Mail is not shown as an option, it means the order is too heavy for that service. In that case, the next best lower-cost option may be USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground.

Customers may also choose expedited UPS or FedEx air shipping when available and needed.

For heavier orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, customers should contact our office for flat-rate USPS Priority Mail shipping quotes.

Free Shipping Offer

Free shipping applies to orders of non-perishable products totaling over $69, weighing no more than 10 pounds, and shipping to an address within the contiguous United States.

Free shipping does not apply to customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Guam.

Orders weighing more than 10 pounds do not qualify for free shipping and will be charged according to the selected shipping method.

Free shipping orders may be shipped by UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or another carrier selected by us.

Free shipping may be available for shipments to physical addresses or P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box is provided and the order must ship by UPS or FedEx Ground, the customer will be contacted for a physical street address.

To receive free shipping, the order must contain non-perishable products totaling at least $69, and the customer must choose the Free Shipping option at checkout.

Perishable Items and Free Shipping

Free ground shipping, USPS First Class Mail, and USPS Priority Mail options do not apply to orders containing perishable items that must ship by UPS or FedEx Air.

UPS and FedEx Air orders will be charged the appropriate shipping rate shown on the order form when the order is placed.

UPS and FedEx Shipping

We offer UPS and FedEx Ground, 2 Day, and Overnight Air shipping options when available. Shipping rates can be viewed in the shopping cart after selecting the products you would like to purchase.

UPS and FedEx packages are generally sent with no signature required unless otherwise requested by the customer. If no signature is required, the customer accepts responsibility for the package upon delivery.

A signature may be required if the value of the package exceeds $300.00.
