These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the CalVetSupply website and to purchases made through the store.

Unless otherwise specified, all materials appearing on this website, including text, site design, logos, graphics, icons, images, and the selection, assembly, and arrangement of those materials, are the property of California Veterinary Supply.

Website content may be used only for shopping in this store or placing an order. No materials from this website may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed without prior written permission.

Credit Cards

CalVetSupply accepts credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using a credit card to make purchases.

Customers must provide the correct billing address and telephone number connected to the credit card. Incorrect billing information may delay order processing.

Order Acceptance Policy

Receiving an electronic or other order confirmation does not mean that CalVetSupply has accepted the order or confirmed an offer to sell.

CalVetSupply reserves the right, after receiving an order, to accept or decline the order for any reason. CalVetSupply may also supply less than the quantity ordered of any item.

Multiple Product Orders

For orders containing multiple products, CalVetSupply will make every attempt to ship all items in the order at the same time.

Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping may be shipped when they become available, unless the customer requests otherwise.

Customers will only be charged for products included in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. The full shipping charge quoted on the purchase receipt may be applied to the first product or products shipped on a multiple-shipment order.

Out-of-Stock Products

CalVetSupply will ship products as they become available. Products usually ship by the next business day when they are in stock.

There may be times when a product is out of stock, which may delay fulfillment. CalVetSupply will keep customers informed about products that are out of stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.

Customers may cancel an order at any time before the order ships.

Shipping Time

Most orders ship the next business day when the product ordered is in stock.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

Shipping and transit times are estimates only. CalVetSupply cannot guarantee the exact date an order will arrive and encourages customers to order in a timely manner to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Taxes

CalVetSupply will automatically charge and withhold applicable sales tax for orders delivered to addresses in locations where California Veterinary Supply is required to collect sales tax.

For orders shipped to other areas, the customer is responsible for any sales taxes or other taxes that may apply.

Typographical Errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information received from suppliers, CalVetSupply has the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.

CalVetSupply may refuse or cancel such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and whether or not the customer’s credit card has been charged.

If a credit card has already been charged and the order is canceled, CalVetSupply will issue a refund to the card in the amount of the incorrect price.
